What makes OCEAN PROPERTIES by Villa Camilla different?
Staying at OCEAN PROPERTY by Villa Camilla is ideal if you are looking for good value, privacy, space, convenience and impeccable service. We have carefully selected the best properties in Los Destiladeros Beach, Pedasi, Los Santos, Panama to ensure you enjoy your stay in comfort.
Our Los Destiladeros-based team is available 24-hours-a-day, 7 days a week to ensure that your stay runs smoothly. Whether you are looking for great local restaurants or simply need help programming your television set, our team is on hand to guide you through.
We personally greet and ‘check in’ all of our guests. We believe that this personal touch is part of what makes us different from others in the area.
When can I check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 4pm however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at our office until your room is prepared. Your properties are guaranteed to be ready anytime after 4pm. You may have the option to check-in early based upon availability & for an additional charge. Our standard check-out time is 11am. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure.
Additional charges that apply:
Overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge. 1/2 day rent will be charged for unapproved check-outs past Noon, one (1) day rent past 2:00pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge of $35/hour with a max. of 3 hours, and is based on availability, meaning if there are no reservations on the property at the time of your arrival/departure.
Is there a certain day of the week for arrivals?
We allow arrivals any day of the week, although few of the homes may have restrictions. Please ask us about the particular property you are considering.
Are your properties appropriate for large groups?
Yes, many of our properties are the perfect setting for large gatherings such as family reunions and corporate events. We will be happy to help you find the property that meets your needs.
Are there any restrictions regarding children?
No, none of our homes restrict children and we offer complementary Cribs, because Tots Travel Too! However, you should be aware that not all properties are “child-proof” or child-friendly because of their architecture.
Can you recommend local dining options?
Yes, all of our properties include a special guidebook with restaurant recommendations, maps and traveler tips. Our properties are located close to Pedasi town, restaurants, supermarkets and shops for your convenience.
Are your properties fully equipped, or do we need to bring anything?
We specially equip our properties with everything you might need to make you feel at home. We provide clean towels and linens, appliances, dishes and cookware, all in good working order. Our properties generally include refrigerator/freezers, ovens, stoves, microwaves, irons and ironing boards, washing machines, dishwashers, toasters, coffee makers, kettles, televisions, hairdryers and free Wifi.
What happens if there is a problem during our stay, a broken appliance, etc.?
With a team in Los Destiladeros Beach, Pedasi, we are able to conduct repairs quickly and efficiently.
What is your minimum length of stay in your vacation properties?
Our minimum stay varies by property and/or season, it ranges from 1 night to 1-week, however, special arrangements can be made in certain circumstances. Generally these special exceptions can only be made less than two days prior to your check-in. Please contact management with such requests or to enquire about the minimum stay for your property of choice.
How do I book a property?
There are two ways. You can book online on our site or you can call our office and we’ll take the reservation over the phone. Specials can only be booked over the phone with one of our reservationists.
How far ahead do we need to book our stay?
We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Our properties can be booked up to a year in advance.
What happens if I book a property online?
Ocean Studios and Ocean Lofts properties are available to book online. Our OCEAN VILLAS require reservations made over the phone. Once you book a property online, it is yours.
Once payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email with your reservation number, check-in instructions and directions to the property. You are free to arrive anytime after 4pm the day of your arrival unless otherwise prearranged.
How do you select your homes?
We hand-select our homes. No property or properties are ever added to the site without a thorough inspection. Most times, we even send an interior designer to fine-tune the properties to make sure that all of our homes meet the needs of our guests.
How do you charge?
In order to guarantee your reservation we need to receive full payment via Wire transfer or Credit card. Please be advise that with a limited number of properties available and high demand, we will turn others away while holding a property for you. Thank you for your consideration. What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MC and Amex, cards, bank transfers and checks.
I saw you property on another site. Which site’s availability is correct?
At OCEAN PROPERTIES by Villa Camilla we show real-time availability of all our properties, and when you book them online with us, the property is guaranteed yours. We as a management company have our properties on more than 20 different sites and market numerous ways, but our site is the end of all reservations.
What do you provide?
We provide all our properties with quality sheets, linens, and towels, soaps and shampoos, and standard hotel amenities. Our idea is that all you need is a suitcase.
Do you serve breakfast?
Ocean Studios are the only properties that includes Breakfast. All other properties are equipped for cooking but do not come with cooks. Please check local dining guides or feel free to call for recommendations of nearby dining options.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any property and fines are applicable.
How are kitchens stocked?
All kitchens are stocked with pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers, dishes, and salt and pepper. Most kitchens have additional items but vary from property to property and are not guaranteed.
Can we have visitors and/or parties?
Please ask about the individual property you’ve rented with management. While parties are strictly prohibited, we understand having dinner guests. This allowance varies among our property owners. If you feel like there might be a question with your use of the property, please ask.
Does the unit have Satellite TV?
All units have Satellite TV; some have additional audio & video equipment, apple TV´s, etc.
Do homes have Internet access?
All properties have Internet access.
Are pets allowed?
Each property has individual rules regarding pets, please ask.
What are your Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions?
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case you have to cancel a reservation, please contact us to provide a credit for the amount paid, as follows:
- Credit is valid for the first 3 months from the day of check-in.
- Credit only applies to direct bookings from our website or Reservations Team. Must book direct with us.
- Full refund less $100 admin fee if reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival date, otherwise payment is non-refundable.
Any cancellation must be in writing and addressed via email to:firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer Travel Insurance for your insurance against unforeseen changes in your vacation plans. Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than ninty (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend your purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, please, click here for quote, details or to purchase. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO $100.00 CANCELLATION FEE. There is no refund or discounts for early departure or no shows.
Do you accept changes in Confirmed & Paid Reservations?
Yes, but please be aware you have 24 hours to make adjustments before all choices become firm. There is a $50 change fee for changes outside the 24 hour grace period.
Please ensure that all the amenities that you require such as Air Conditioning, Bed Configuration, Bath configuration, pools, etc. are listed in the amenities list. We list the items that are included, if the amenity is not listed- it is not there- please do not assume. You are booking a privately owned property, and if you book a property you are keeping the owner from renting it to another guest. They have committed to you for this entire time, so we cannot move you to another property or provide a refund after 90 days prior to arrival. Please review your confirmation documentation to ensure the dates, insurance choice and charges agree with your rental quote, you have 24 hours to make adjustments before all choices become firm. There is a $50 change fee for changes outside the 24 hour grace period.
Please note that your reservation is subject to a cancellation fee, and becomes non-refundable at 90 nights prior to arrival. Your check in time is 4:00PM, and check out time is 11:00AM. The change fee is not applicable if you are booking an additional night for late check outs.

What is your policy on gratuity?
Leaving a gratuity for the staff at your destination is always encouraged but is left to the guest’s discretion and should be commensurate with the level of service received.
