Register your client to place on record the introduction and the lots of interest. The system stores the date and time of submission, generates a registration number and sends you an immediate acknowledgement.
If you have already introduced the lots to the client, indicate it in the introduction marker. The registration documents the information declared and is subject to the published terms.
What this registration protects
A confirmed registration evidences the introduction of a client for the lots indicated and allows the commission to be administered in accordance with the published terms.
Where the registration is complete and presents no matches or incidents, it is confirmed automatically. If it requires verification, it is placed under review and OP Capital communicates the outcome in writing.
A confirmed registration is valid for six months.
Essential terms
- Commission: 5% of the final transaction amount, in accordance with the published terms.
- Validity: six months from confirmation.
- Priority: one intermediary is recognised per client and per registered lots, according to the first eligible registration confirmed.
- Commission payment: paid on completion of the transaction under the published terms. If the buyer withdraws after signing the promise of sale and paying the deposit, the commission rule set out in the terms applies.
- Price and conditions: set by OP Capital. You may not offer discounts, terms or conditions other than those authorised in writing.
- No exclusivity: the registration covers only the client and the lots indicated.

After submission
You will receive by email your registration number, the date and time of submission and the status assigned.
If the registration is complete and presents no incidents, it is confirmed automatically and its six-month validity begins.
If it requires verification, we will inform you in writing. A review does not confirm that another intermediary exists, nor does it imply that your registration will be rejected. If we need to distinguish similar data, we may ask you for additional information.
